In the early days after 1987 so-called normal sports glasses were produced; Kayak quickly recognized the need in the market, specializing in the technical area, to today's production technology of high-quality sports eyewear, e. g. in the areas of endurance sports bike, triathlon and cross country, which have high demands for materials under extreme conditions.
Now, there exists a high demand for Kayak Sports glasses - even internationally.
Accompanying the sales network of the company Kayak helps to support international pro athletes, for example the entire Slovenian women's national team  with Petra Majdic, and several athletes of the Italian national team like Giorgio di Centa, Roland Clara, Arianna Follis and many others.
